Do I need to do anything to prepare for my appointment?
Have your passport handy for the Navus Health clinical tester. They will need to collect your name as it is written on your passport and passport number. This will be used on the final test results report used to enter the international travel destination.
For saliva tests:
Do not eat or drink anything, smoke or brush your teeth, for at least 30 minutes prior to your test appointment, as this will contaminate the test sample.
Do you accept health insurance?
We do not accept health insurance for travel related COVID-19 tests. However, if you are symptomatic and are in need of a COVID-19 test service at home you can book that test here.
How long will the home visit take?
Each visit is a bit different, for a single test sample collection, the visit should take approximately 15 minutes. The clinical tester will immediately transport your sample collection to our CLIA certified lab partner.
